Aufgaben
- Developing test specifications in consultation with the functional development team
- Creating test cases and models for validation purposes
- Carrying out tests for various vehicle functions in the area of engine control and driver assistance systems
- Testing specific packages within the system network on the PiL board, on the HiL or in the vehicle
- Analyzing and evaluating detected errors and malfunctions
- Documentation of the results of the tests carried out
- Further development and maintenance of a database of function and system tests
- Development and enhancement of requirements-based testing
Qualifikationen
- Completed technical, scientific or similar degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma)
- Interest in software development in the automotive industry, ideally some experience in testing (functional testing, system testing, model-based testing, etc.)
- Experience in one or more subsystems such as engine control or driver assistance systems, as well as knowledge of bus systems (CAN, FlexRay, etc.) would be an advantage
- Programming experience in C, C++, Java, Python or similar desirable
- Structured and methodical approach to work, as well as a self-confident behaviour
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German
